was developed in conjunction with Dr James W Taylor, then
Professor of Marketing at California State University – San
Luis Obispo. Dr Taylor had written the workbook for print
form, but wanted to enrich the learning experience by incorporating
many media examples. This lead to the development of the Digital
Workbook.
